CAKES..CAKES..CAKES..

Hey Friends,

Sorry for not being regular on blog, I am a little busy these days, please bear with me for sometime and enjoy these cakes that I learned in my Wilton Cake decoration Course 1.

I just love cakes. and yours are even beautiful than available in any stores. simply great work . I really feel that i should have some of it with me . My God, I wil lhave to rush somewhere just now to find some for me !

As far as cake decoration is concerned, since I was a kid, me and my younger brother, we both used to look at these wonderful cake picture in magzines in India and I always used to think how can someone make such cakes, its not real and if its real than I wanna learn it too :D , but never got a chance in India. Thanks Lisa, I am happy to know that you liked the Rose cake. In these cakes nothing is made up of Fondant, infact, now I am taking classes for fondant. Its all made up of Butter Cream icing. I am sure you can decorate better than me, I have seen your wonderful creations :D.
